Do not rent from these people. They owed me pro-rated rent for my first month because I was not able to move in when my lease started and it took me 3 months to successfully get that pro-rated check. They've sent repair people to fix things that should have been replaced more times than I can count and I've wasted hours waiting on repairs and making phone calls to them to no avail. My stuff re-breaks as soon as the repair guy steps out. I even had an oder at one point from what was probably a dead animal in the wall and the company refused to investigate or help. I wish I had the money to sue these people. They don't deserve to take the homes and lives of anyone into their incapable hands. Can't wait to get out of my roach infested hell hole.

I have been renting in their Houston St. location. Overall I have had a pretty good experience. If you are looking for a super clean building with a doorman, then this isn't the place for you. Its a pre-war walking in an incredible location.
