Great customer service! The owner is very straight forward and knowledgeable. It's nice to know you can go somewhere and get quality service from someone you can trust! I will definitely go back again.

I brought my laptop to Jeff based on another friend's recommendation and certainly do not regret it. Not only did I walk out with my laptop like new, I have all the latest up to date software and programs offered. If I ever have any additional questions on how to do something based on what has just been fixed, I'll bring myself right back in, and Jeff will sit with me and take the time to show me, (which is all of 5 whole minutes because of my lack of computer savviness). Jeff is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise, he has an awesome personality, and will always treat you like family if you keep coming back! A true GEM of a find.

Very friendly, excellent communication, very reasonable prices, and extremely fast turn around!!! I needed a new hard drive in my macbook and I dropped it off in the morning, and it was ready by around 4pm that same day!! Would absolutely use again and certainly recommend!

Fast and efficient. I came to this store about a month ago because my Alienware laptop was having issues with overheating. These guys were able to install a new heat sink and get it back to me in just over a week. Have not had any issues since. Would definitely recommend this store to others.

Great place. I went here looking for a good laptop for school. They helped me figure out what I needed and found something that fit in my budget. They even bought my old one! They made sure that I had all the software that I needed and explained how to use everything. I never had a problem, but they where there for me whenever I had any questions. I would definitely would go to them again.
