What i like about this building is that its on of the best building in brooklyn, probably in kensington, they do remodeling in the lobby... it over all looks get....one downside is that some neighbors complain of noise for nothing literally walking to the bathroom, its pretty agravating, so before moving in make sure the neighbors are normal in their right mind

they treat tenants like bunch of dogs - tenants are not even entitled to know fax or e-mail address of that management. building is infested with roaches, mice, BEDBUGS! when you call to complain about bedbugs they ask you where did you bring them from? secretary,Iva, is a very rude woman!!!! they also renew the lease without tenants authorization!!!
