STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
I have three of their ultrasonic scaler machines (bad choice due to customer service). I had one handpiece repaired. After a couple of weeks with it running water slowly, it plugged entirely. I sent it back for repair and he told me that I had plugged up his handpiece with a dirty unit. I tried to explain through his ranting that I was unethical and did not know what I was talking about, that the other two handpieces work just fine on the same units. I also reminded him that his receipt claims an unconditional warranty on parts and labor. He then told me not to try pulling that on him and that he would no longer deal with me. He is sending back the handpiece unrepaired.
