No good service for pedicure, i payed for expensive service but they didn't do a good job for pedicure don't scrub the feet as well

The nail salon is clean and very relaxing. It wasn't the best pedicure I ever had however I loved the treatment and I admired their service and how they treated my three year old son.

Their Work Is Wonderful And Long Lasting . Pushy Staff But Considering The Work They Do I Don't Mind

This place is absolutely horrible. They have no type of customer service. They have no appreciation for customers at all. Twice I came to this location traveling from New Jersey and twice I was told that there was no time for me. Finally on my second visit I was told that I need to make an appointment and this is something I should have been told the first time I came. The people here are absolutely rude and inconsiderate. They told me everybody knows they need an appointment. Obviously if it is not posted on their Instagram page or on their door then how would I know. I'm a new client therefore the expect ion needs to be set differently instead of just continuing to turn away new business. I will never return to this shithole again. Location is beautiful and the designs are nice but the staff is digesting and the customer service does not exist! Honestly drive down north avenue and go to Charming Nails instead. It is much better, cleaner, quieter and they appreciate their customer whether you are new or returning.
