AVOID THEM!! They are crooks. They take your money up from Amazon Local or Groupon and expect you to make an appointment 5 to 6 months away for your car detail. I called them 2 months ago and last month and they had a 4 month wait to get my car detailed. I called again today Oct 31 and they said the next avail appointment is March/April 2015. WHAT! Ridiculous! Who wants to schedule a car detail 6 months out? Their excuse is the same each time "Well a lot of people took advantage of our deal". Yet they kept offering their deal ongoing and selling more vouchers so they can float your money. Bob at the place said they only detail 2 cars a day. Well if they couldn't hire more people to handle the influx, they should have stopped the offer. It would be nice if the offer states you need to wait 6 months to use it. I just called Amazon Local today and fortunately got a refund easily. Im guessing others are complaining too. Personally I think the BBB should shut them down shady business practices. I just hope all of you don't lose out your money if they go out of business before your car gets waxed. Though by the time your car gets waxed you will probably be on your 3rd new car. So before you consider their deal, turn and run the other way.

The guys at J&M Prime Auto Body did a great job detailing the interior and exterior of both of our cars. We purchased the Groupon and were a bit wary of how good the service would be, but they were fantastic! Our car and SUV have never looked so good. They paid close attention to all details; including the scuffs on our tires. We're going to make this a yearly ritual! Thanks to everyone at J&M Prime!

These guys gave my car a whole new front end in TWO Days!!!!with real parts no afternarket bull! Theyre amazing i would highly recommend them to anyone i know!!
