I am building a house and worked out a deal for Granite with them where I put a deposit down and they would bill my builder the balance. I had it all set up and they decided at the last second they would not honor their word. It put back the construction of my house a few weeks as I had to find a new supplier. I expressed my discontent with the unprofessionalism to the salesperson Jennifer and she decided to hang up on me. I would not buy anything from this company as they do not honor their word and are rude / unprofessional. There are a million Granite dealers out there so don't take a chance and deal with someone that doesn't honor their word.
