This is a DROP OFF ONLY location. You are not allowed to wash your own clothes. For being the only "laundromat" for at least 5 blocks, this is ridiculous. The place is dirty and half the machines look broken. They leave your clothes lying on the floor, so I am not surprised to hear other people did not get them back.
