Stay away! Terrible customer service. Waited two months for a part, and when you call to speak to some one reception is extremely rude. Complains about you calling them so much, but yet they have never spoken to you and let you know any kind of time frame. I have never written a review before but this appalling service warrants one.

Service tech was courteous and professional. However, he did horrible job of installing the flue pipe from new water heater to my exhaust vent pipe. Basically he did not want to spend the time (although he charged me $700) to do i the right way but took a short cut (used a lot of the old pipe from the old heater) This caused it to come loose from the ceiling connection.
I called the office and lady said "It's not my problem. I can't explain to someone who obviously don't know plumbing."

If you are first time home owner who obviously don't know plumbing and you want to use someone who will do the right job; youtube first and research THEN use different company so you don't get jerked around like I did.
