If you’re going to try this company, which I don’t recommend, get a quote in writing before you commit. I called and asked for a quote on a transfer to LaGuardia and was charged $60 more than what they quoted. Then they added gratuity at 20% which they didn’t inform me was standard in the beginning either. I tried in vain to get them to honor their verbal quote, but they refused – and refused to offer a reasonable excuse as to why. Also, they didn’t show up when they were scheduled to. The driver was over 15 minutes late and didn’t inform us until we were waiting out front at the scheduled pick up time. It was incredibly unprofessional. Be extremely cautious and if you can, go with another service.
