J & A Irrigation Specialists

The company does not stand behind their work or the products it sells their customers. The receptionist is rude and yelss at customers which I feel is unprofessional. She in some many words called me a liar concerning a discussion I had with the owner at my home to where she was not present. I refuse to spend my hard earned dollars with a company who has workers who blantly disrespect consumers.

I have been using J & A for the past 7 years.

This year they have been very unreliable.

I scheduled an appointment with them for a Saturday - Someone was home all day - no one from J & A called or showed up. When I called on Monday - S/W Louis - she said they called and someone said they did not have an appointment. She had the incorrect number. I then rescheduled for the following Saturday since I am not there during the week until 7:00 PM and give her my home phone and cell number to contact me. Someone was home again the following Saturday - no one called or showed up. I called and left a message as to how dissapointed I was in their service o Saturday. No one called me back.
I spoke with Louis on Monday - she said she had me down for Friday - which is totally incorrect, also there were no calls to my cell phone or home phone on any one of those days. I told her I am very dissapointed that they did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know they could not made it. I notified her that I will be using another company for my services.
