This urgent care really lives up to its motto, Caring for you when you need it most. Myself and my family are taking care of in a convient time frame. The staff are patient and thorough. We are greeted with smiling faces each visit! The location is clean and professional. I've met Dr. Suleymani and Dr. Arcilla and love them both! This urgent care takes care of me and my family every visit! Go see them for your urgent needs!

With so many urgent cares opening on Staten island I can definitely say Ivy urgent care has been the best in helping me feel better. Please go to this urgent care if your doctor is not available...YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. They go above & beyond to help their patients & the best part is they call you the very next day to see how you are doing. I have not had any other urgent cares do that. They really do care about their patients so the next time you are sick put your self in care of these people who actually take their time to take care of you.

I highly recommend this Urgent care center. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure the patients are satisfied. The receptionists always welcome you with a smile, as well as the triage staff. Dr. Suleymani and Dr. Costa are amazing. Both as patient and caring as Dr. Malizia.

My husband and I recently went to Ivy Urgent Care in Eltingville, 4316 Amboy Road. We were greeted immediately by an attentive and personable staff. We were seen within a few minutes by Dr. Malizia. My examination was thorough, as Dr. Milizia took the time to listen to my problem.We were not rushed in any way. Dr. Malizia was very professional and addressed all of our concerns. My lab work was done immediately and my diagnosis was explained. I wish this was a primary care facility because I would use Dr. Malizia as my primary physician. Within 24 hrs. of my visit, I received a follow-up telephone call, asking how I was doing with the medication. Thanks to Dr. Malizia and Ivy Urgent Care, we now have our go-to medical center.

I have been at this urgent care numerous times for things such as injuries, the flu, and my school physical. They provided a number of different services and each visit was quick and easy. Dr. Suleymani, Dr. Arcilla, Dr. Costa and Dr. Malizia each treated me with the best care and provided good treatment plans that allowed me to get better faster. I would highly recommend this urgent care to everyone!
