Ivy Hill Park Apartments

You know what I would like is if the parking spot I pay monthly for didn't have 30 inches af snow in just my spot. They plowed snow from everywhere directly into my spot. I have driven there 3 times since the storm and spoken to the Ivy hill truck will the plow. The answer I got was I don't even know where that spot is. That's comforting. And whilst I was trying to find someone to help me find someone that would realize they completely snowed in my assigned spot I had nowhere to park so I got some drinks at Walgreens and parked there, what was awesome was when I went back to my car I had a boot on it. I called the office left a verbal message with all my info yesterday never heard back left another one today. So I again drove hour and half from where im staying down to my apartment that I live in but can't stay at since I can't park. Left another message that I can guarantee was tossed in the trash the minute I walked away. I waited around for hours talked to security guard. Looked for the truck that used my spot to dump the entire row of snow onto. I was always sticking up for Ivy hill now not so much anymore its embarrassing how inept the staff is. I guess I wait till the summer to come back home...

It was snow yesterday but till so far management did no clean the snow. tanent Are helping them slefs but it's lake of management it's cheap rent with 60 $ of parking ticket ...... totally fail management ...... Even streets at not clean ..... It's a shame to live ivy hills ......

Large dogs everywhere, though they are not 'allowed' via the lease. Constantly finding the laundry room filled with large dog hair. Be prepared to wash and dry your clothing in dog hair.

Someone has gone through my trash, found where I live, and brought my trash up to my room and placed it on my front door! You know, so that rats and bugs can be attracted to it. What kind of ignorant passive-agressive management does that? If you're reading this, take some classes at SHU about management, and then try to find somewhere that you can learn some class...

They have listened to reviews and made great changes to the complex. It is not luxury apartments, but you get exactly what is deserved for the price you pay. I had a roommate in a 2 bedroom and I paid dirt cheap! Worth it! Best place to get apartments close to South Orange

It's a nice place but the people here are so nasty!!!!!!! They get away with everything!!! There is DOG POOP everywhere and the rental office does nothing about this!!! I'm annoyed by all this NASTINESS everywhere you walk is DOG FILTH and these people get to make their dog filth just about anywhere and no one does anything!!! The LAUNDRY ROOM needs to be refurbished NOTHING works!!!! The DRYERS and WASHERS are ALWAYS down ALWAYS and I'm so tired of it!!! FED UP OF NASTINESS!!!!
