I've read all reviews about this restaurant. Almost everybody stated that they liked there. OK, you are right. Inside the restaurant customer service is very good. No cons about food since their food is the best I've ever eaten. I've worked there sometimes ago as a valet. Since it is a well known restaurant, there were a lot of customers. Sometimes I had to park 70-80 cars in a day. Sometimes I had to deal with 5-cars-rush. As I said before, it is good to have a dinner or a party here but not to have a work there. I talked seldom to the chief Franco since he is in the kitchen all the time but I usually talked to Andy who is the owner of the restaurant. He is an Albenian guy with good-looking. As much as I saw, he is always kind to the customers but how about to the workers here? A customer is not able to see what is going on when s/he is not around. He makes fun of the workers, even sometimes he insults. No matter how he seems, the other side of the madalion is not as you customers see

Took the family here for dinner. We were rushed through dinner from the moment we were seated. Waiter never brought bread we asked for ("they're baking more"), and filled my water glass once at my request at the end of the meal. It's a good thing that the portions were small (more like a French Bistro, as opposed to an Italian Restaurant), and not enjoyable, as we had an easier time getting through the meal as fast as we were forced to. Two Lamb Shank orders were left practically untouched. They cleared the table while we were still having our coffee, and took one of the unfinished cups away. My niece (8 y/o) had her desert taken while she was in the ladies room! They did replace the coffee, but would not allow mom to finish it, as they basically threw us out. When I approached the owner on the way out, he made a sarcastic remark.
At this rate there will probably be condo's there soon!
