I really like the pizza and I would highly recommend this place. However whenever when I order 2 barbaque pizza there is this f*cking mexican who always laughs and he is a midget. He has a beard and is so immature. I order that like on phone or walk in and when I say the words "2 barbaque chicken slices", that f*king dude laughs secretly and this guy the boss i think says whats so funny? why you making a big deal about it." then he purposely pours all these barbaque sauce so much that it filled the pizza and baked it he usually doesnt do that but now he does that because he thinks its funny messing around somebodys pizza. He also takes my money and touches the pizza. Unsanitary... I hope this mexicans salary gets reduced or even fired. Or another option, get deported... How awful is it everytime when you try to order some damn pizza and mind your own buisness this guy laughs at you. Who the f*k gives a dam what you order.

Just ordered a grandma pie and the minute I opened it a huge black roach came out , disgusting I was vomiting for the past 10 minutes. I called the store was transferred to the manager , he apologized and said that he will turn around the place and will speak to the driver. I have lost 23 dollars, he did not offer to reimburse me and I did not want another pie.
Update: (two weeks later, he said he was away)The owner of Italia Pizza came to my house with box of cookies and full refund , he delivered it himself to my house, apologizing and assuring me that the place and pizza bags were cleaned and inspected. It made me feel so good that he cared, I definitely will go back because his sincere apology and taking his time to do it really touched my heart. I call it great customer service, and a great neighbor.
