Highly recommended for used volvo purchase, maintenance and repairs. Phil has been our family mechanic for over a decade, maintenance and repairs are always prompt and reasonable, and he has been there for us in emergencies. He is not the most personable guy, but I dont go to the mechanic for socializing! and he has proven himself over and over as one of the good guys - reliable and trustworthy.

This guy is a complete and total jerk !!(Phil). He takes one look at your car makes a quote. doesn't tell you what the service consists of or if there is any way to come down in price. He is rude and disrespectful even when you are nice to him. As he walks away from me, with his back turned, he says were not going to work together. I didn't expect to work with the guy. I wanted him to fix my car. He has zero customer service. I never say this about anyone, but the only explanation I could say about this guy he hated me from the moment I got out of my car because either I was brown or that I was a woman.

Great people and great work. They know their Volvo's.
