DO NOT EAT HERE AT ALL! Me and my girlfriend came to this place ready for a nice evening and great food and received horrible customer service and rude employees. When we first arrived the environment seemed to be very laid back and a relaxing atmosphere. The hostess did not properly greet us but I didn't mind it because I was starving and ready to eat. After we were seated I went to the restroom only to find out that it was damn near like a walk in freezer how cold it was and it smelled like piled up urine that has never been cleaned in weeks. Again, because I was hungry I did not let it bother me. So when I returned to my table we ordered an appetizer of jerk wings and the waitress left to place the order. About 10 minutes pass by and the waitress comes back to get our entree orders only to tell us that she just placed our appetizer order in and that they are out of 4 different items on the menu. Again, being hungry we didn't think about the lateness of our order being placed so we ordered what food they did have left. So the waitress leaves to go and put our orders in. She comes back to a couple that just sat at a table next to us about 10 minutes after we placed our entree orders. Not only did this couple sitting next to us get their appetizers of jerk wings before us but they also received the last order of curry goat that my girlfriend ordered 10 minutes before they even arrived in the restaurant. So of course at this time I was heated and very angry as well as my girlfriend. So we called over the manager to explain the situation and she showed absolutely no remorse or tried to make the situation better. Instead she said with an attitude "well I'm sorry you didn't get your food but what else do you want"? There was literally nothing left to order because they were out of everything on the menu which they did not inform us when we first arrived to the restaurant. This is why blacks have a hard time supporting black businesses because they do not care whatsoever about the customer. They have no customer service, the waitress literally lied about putting in our orders when she never put them in, and the management is poor and lack any kind of leadership skills. We just paid for our wings and left as soon as possible before one of us blew a fuse. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The music,atmosphere and the food...

IT is a nice lounge to go chill ... food is great...I like going on Friday night bcuz of the live band (nice )....don't like that your dinning and ppl dancing right next to u ect... but it's nice
