EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... THEY INSTALLED A REMOTE START IN MY WIFE'S 2016 NISSAN ROGUE, WITH NO ISSUES. AND TINTED THE WINDOWS ON MY INFINITI AND INSTALLED RUNNING BOARDS ON MY 2015 QX60. NEVER ANY ISSUES WITH GOING BACK TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS AND THEY ARE VERY RESAONABLY PRICED.

Got hids replacements bulbs for my maxima.
It literally took one guy 25 mins to drop the bumper and replace the housing. The price was reasonable and the guy was helpful with giving me the right information when it came to other places trying to rip me off.He was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly.I would recommend island sounds to anyone
who want hids or a sound system cause that's where I'll be goning to get my system upgraded.The owner was friendly and fast on his toes to get the job done.

Installed a Remote start for my Dodge Charger. Cost me around 270$ (including tax). Best price in Staten Island. They were extremely pleasant with the phone as well as in person. Treated me like a VIP customer from the first second that I walked into the store. The gentleman who owns it, performed a quick check for any codes (check engine) after the installation to verify that the installation was a success. He and his wonderful staff provided me with instructions. Gave me a life time warranty, which is amazing! The installation was completed in a 1 hour and 30 minutes. They also updated my navigation system version, while installing the remote start. Believe me, these guys are fantastic.They also offered me to tint my car for a very reasonable price! These guys are totally amazing! They would go beyond their ways to help their customers and to satisfy them.

Went to island sound to get a remote starter installed in my new car, honda accord 2012. They had a special for $149.99, when i stopped by i spoke to andrew and he explained to me my car had a computerized key, it needed another part because of this which i understood, whole thing came out to around $200, i was given a lifetime warrenty and told to come back with any questions. i was very pleased with my experince. They also were able to fix a small crack i had in my windshield at an amzing price of only $30. They told me they do full auto glass repair which i didnt know, i recommended this place, good people and helped me out alot and as i women i appreciated that.

I recently bought a new car and needed my windows tinted for the summer. I leaving the DMV and saw this island sound place. once i walked in i knew i was going to be treated right. The tints are amazing quality and are still perfect till this day

went back to them 6 months later before the winter for a remote start and walked out with a remote start and alarm for the same price. i was thinking to myself wow someone that is trustworthy actually exists.

i currently drive a 2008 black mustang. so you know the car attracts the summer heat in NY..

My opinion is that its one of the better car shops in Staten Island.
