I read the other reviews and was about confused. The people there were patient and answered my questions thoroughly (as I know nothing about shoes). They seemed to know what they were doing and I am very satisfied with the end product. My shoes came back in equal , if not greater, quality than when they were brand new.

I live in Pennsylvania and have been trying to find a quality shoe repair place for years. After having many pairs of shoes ruined by local shops, I stopped in this shop while visiting friends in Staten Island. The owner and his wife were very kind and I decided to try them (and I'm very glad I did). These guys have 35 years of experience (and it shows). These guys are the best, I highly recommend them! I don't entrust my fine leather goods to any other shop. The reviews written by others stating that they're rude are false. It's a shame that in 2015, people are still prejudiced against Immigrants. GROW UP PEOPLE! America is run by immigrants! If you don't like it, leave!

I called them there to see how much they would charge to stretch out the calves on my boots.
They were very rude on the phone and started yelling at me.
" I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS U WANT TO DO..."
I just decided to hang up

BEST SHOE REPAIR SHOP!!!!!!! I went there to fix a pair of shoes that were completely beat up. The people at the shop fixed them and made them look brand new and they charged 50% less than anyone else. I had the pleasure of dealing with Igor and Inna who are the owners of the shop and they are super nice and professional. I would recommend going to them over and over and over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
