Excellent service, very professional and competent. 2 very friendly, polite, courteous, respectful gentlemen showed up on time, with the appropriate tools and spent as much time as was necessary to do the job PROPERLY. They explained every step, patiently answered all of my questions, did the job and proved it with a camera. I watched every step of the way and saw the high pressure water removing the root bundles in the pipe. They charged a very fair price - MUCH less than RotoRooter wanted for the same job. I also appreciated the fact that they were Americans who spoke clear English as opposed to the mumbling, incompetent foreigners that were here yesterday from RR and accomplished NOTHING because their machines were not up to the task. Island Sewers has a customer for life. I give these guys my HIGHEST recommendation, and I intend to tell all of my friends and neighbors.

My Island Sewers technician, Saul, came exactly when I had set up the appointment for. In fact, I had called the day before to set up an appointment, and they were willing to be at my home within an hour, but unfortunately I could not accommodate… Saul was super helpful and quick to explain what our problem was and the best solution and course of action. The price was good too. We have some more plumbing work that we have to get done soon and I'll definitely be calling up Island Sewers again!

We've had several plumbing issues, big and small, in our 100+ year old house. We first called Island Sewers with a big job--using a camera to see into our pipes and verify that tree roots were the problem then clear them out. Great service. When we thought we had a simple clogged basement toilet, we called 2 other plumbers. They didn't fix the problem...not even close. Finally called Island Sewers. Manny stands by his work. He and his guy just worked a few minutes and called me. I thought they had a question. They were done! Worth every penny to really fix our basement drain issue. Not a band-aid solution like the other plumbers. Their name may not say "plumber," but I will not be calling any other plumber ever again. Only Island Sewer. Took me 13 years to find a reliable plumber on Staten Island. FINALLY got one.
