These guys are leeches. They are just interested in sucking your money. The staff is rude specially Roe, the finance lady. They would use all sorts of tactics to get you go for multiple IVF cycles, they are least concerned about the physical and mental stress a patient goes through....all they are interested is in making money....go for a reputed clinic.....

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this office. Without the help of every single person here we would not be parents today! Everyone was kind, patient, understanding, and truly made us feel like we mattered and that they cared about us. Even after we became pregnant they still called to check on us and see how we were doing. This is truly a wonderful place where miracles happen!

Our experience with the doctor was absolutely unnerving! The staff, starting with the receptionist at the front desk were some of the rudest incompassionate people we had ever met, we never felt that we were welcome at the doctor's office at any given time. Katie, the head nurse whom I sincerely think that is an android was completely devoid of any human emotions. My wife dreaded calling her on the phone for each time she was confronted with her uncaring and at times extremely rude attitude! The whole staff gave us the impression that they simply did not care.

Prior to our visit to the doctor's office we had been trying to conceive for 3 years with no success. We were already in a very vulnerable state both emotionally and psychologically. When we made our first appointment we both felt elated that the relief was on the way that the doctor and his"professional staff" would put our anxieties at ease. Soon enough did we find out that nothing could be further from the truth. After our last visit we were even in a worse state of mind than we had first walked in. To this day me my wife we still cringe every time we remember our horrendous experience.

As for the treatment we only had a limited lifetime benefit for reproductive services on our insurance, Instead of going directly for a full IVF treatment, he kept on prescribing these fertility drugs and at the end of each cycle he would simply perform an artificial insemination session. Well they never worked! each time he would simply increase the dosage and do it all over again. When we asked him the question "why don't you just do an IVF treatment" he would simply say "it's not the time yet" All the while our insurance was gradually being depleted.

After about 4 months of heartache and suffering we took our records and headed to Colombia University's fertility clinic. In our first session with our doctor Janet Choi, a true professional, after reviewing our records she stated that in our case a full IVF treatment was the only option.

After a successful treatment session we are now the proud parents of twins:) thanks to the professionalism of the staff at Colombia University. In conclusion if you are thinking about seeking the services of Dr. Knochenhauer and his staff do not expect any compassion or human dignity for that matter

doctor is good, but his staff some of the nastiest people ive ever come across.
