horrendous job, bad photography

The quality of the photos cannot get any worse. Sorry.

This company has gone way down the drain. Last year we booked them for our annual fundraiser and they told us that they only took 20 photographs, which was strange because every year we have photographers at our event and typically there are more than 80-90 photographs taken. So there was some strange discrepancy with their numbers and the amount that they then donated to the charity, but we didn't find out about it until this year when polling guests who had been to the event the year before.

The second thing was that we confirmed their attendance this year with the Vice President, Cheryl, who said that one photographer would arrive at the venue and be set up by 6pm. Despite numerous phone calls that just went to voicemail (no one responded to those messages the following day either), no one showed up, which was a huge disappointment to our many guests. When I called this morning to discuss the issue, I was put on hold for a lengthy period of time, and then someone named Nicole got on the phone with a huge attitude. When I complained about her nasty attitude, she hung up on me.

This is a really awful company with poor communication skills, seriously bad customer service, and no semblance of conscience. How do you just not show up for an event?

The print prices decent, and the quality is fabulous. Had I known this before hand I would have asked for more shots.

I ordered my graduation picture, the photo that i had chosen wasn't the one i really wanted. I paid about 65 dollars.
