Dr. Ratner is a great veterinarian. She doesn't put your pet through any tests or treatments unless she's absolutely sure they're needed. Her examinations are thorough and she always explains her diagnosis in an easy to understand manner, no technical jargon that throw some people into a panic. If your pet is sick and doesn't absolutely need to be admitted, she won't force you to incur the cost of an overnight stay like some vets. Every one of her staff members are also compassionate and helpful.
Do not be fooled that the building isn't set up like some of those fancy pet hospitals. Her exam room and waiting area are clean and she focuses on the animals, not a flashy environment, that's what's important. I highly recommend her!
