Rudeness started from when I called to make an appointment! The secretary does not know when she has available appointment, but wanted to take all of my information right away, was very disrespectful and nasty. Would I want to visit the facility after an experience like that? NO!
Called a doctor in Manhattan on 7th avenue, the secretary was very nice and made sure I get an appointment asap.
GOOD LUCK ISLAND MUSCULOSKELETAL CARE!
