Island Hyundai

This was the first time we leased a car. Our salesman Anthony Colacino was excellent. No pressure! answered all our questions and more. (All salesman should be like Anthony). The finance manager Rocco was also very helpful and explained the leasing details and helped us get the best deal. We are very satisfied with our new 2016 Sonata and Island Hyundai.

This was the first time my 2016 Hyundai Tucson needed service. It would not start and I was clueless about how to proceed. When I called the dealership Christina was very helpful. She checked with the service dept and then gave me the number of Roadside Assistance because it had to be towed. Roadside Assistance came as promised and also tried to start the car before towing it in the late afternoon. The next day, the Service Technician Jimmy called me to find out the circumstances of the "no start." I called at 5PM and spoke with a service manager (sorry I did not get his name) who went to the trouble of finding the paperwork to let me know that the problem (poor ground) had been identified and fixed and I could pick up my car the next morning. I then asked if the next routine service could be performed while the car was already in the shop. I was told that it would be done first thing in the morning and that I could pick up the car by 9:30 AM. I got to the dealership at 9:15 AM and all was done as promised. Jimmy explained the work that had been done on the car. I checked out and was on my way with no hassle. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Since my last visit, the new service desk area was completed which also contributes to a more pleasant service experience.

The sales representative Anthony Colacino was very knowledgeable, courteous, and the perfect gentleman. He was very patient and covered all areas which made our decision to lease a vehicle that suits our needs . I hope his great service to Hyundai is recognized. I will definitely recommend friends and family to visit Island Hyundai and ask for Anthony Colacino.

I just recently leasing a 2017 hyundai elantra. I had the best sales person Larry Farina. He was so professional and patient with me. He explained everything to me. Going to island Hyundai was the best decision i ever made. Richie Vento GM, was a gentlemen and made the process simple and easy. His staff from sales to finance were great, they weren't the typical people who tried to pull the wool over your head. If you are looking for a Hyundai i highly recommend going to them. You will not be disappointed. I left the dealership with a smile!!!!!!!!!!!!!
