- Terrible #103865

My mother is here for her eye surgery. My dad and I are waiting with her in the waiting room. The waiting room is packed with patients and family members. A male nurse tech rudely forced all family members to leave the waiting area and return to the main lobby . This is ridiculous that patients are nervously waiting to get surgery and can't be with there family in a time on need.
