Island Driving School

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING school. I had about all the instructors for the lessons and every one of them was so professional and friendly and really helped me learn how to be a good driver. I passed my road test on the first try! I really have Margaret to thank for that. She taught me the best way to park, in under 15 seconds, and you always make a perfect park! She was also so hilarious and eased whatever nerves I had before I took my test. I will most definitely use this school again when I want to take a highway lesson. Plus Rob (the guy that does the 5 hour class) is hilarious and so helpful. Really appreciate this school so much!

Initially there was a conflict that had been created by the receptionist, as the receptionist denied to keep the commitment as promised. However the management resolved the issue as promised.
But I am still not satisfied with other staff, specially the instructors and the way they teaching the driving. Just passing the one hour, thats it. The instructor even doesn't know how to make a parallel parking, then how they will teach to the students.
I am sorry I will not recommend to anyone to waist their money. It is better to pay $50 more to other driving schools instead of losing all money.

I want to say that Island Driving School is by far the best! From my experience they really try to accommodate their students needs and their instructors are great.. I had Mike T for all of my lessons and he's so reassuring, patient and nice that if I had to do it again, I would definitely go with him. Thanks to island driving school I passed my road test and I am now a licensed driver!! Definitely would recommend this school.

Horrible, disrespectful and unprofessional DO NOT use them. My daughter scheduled a class with them they gave her the Guyon location. When she showed up they informed her they changed her location to Delafield but she was not notified. When she showed up at Delafield they told her she couldn't take the class. I spoke to Bernadette who told me there was nothing that could be done to call other schools and see if she could take the class there. Smh! Then I call the school number to make a complaint and a young lady who says she's the manager of the Guyon location and "Part Owner" of the school tells me she told my daughter not to go to Delafield and maybe she should check her voicemails... She says she could've made it from Guyon to Delafield in 15 minutes... Well maybe she needs to take her own 5 hour class because that's speeding and it's raining outside... Again I state very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.. I'm gonna tell you like they told me and my daughter "Call another school to see if they have openings"!!!!!

First and foremost I PASSED Ooo YEA :) My teacher was Lenny and he rocks ... I always looked forward to my lesson and left in such a good mood afterwards. My teacher Lenny was so patient with me, always made me feel safe, comfortable and confident. I can honestly say my teacher Lenny and I became friends and although I'm over the moon I've passed I will miss him.

Everything was taught at my own time and pace, completely suited to me to a T. My teacher would pick up on things that I would need to practice on, things I was good at and would often demonstrate tasks. Which helped me a lot to better understand. Lenny taught me the tricks of the trade of passing the road test.
Lenny and I would talk about each other's lives so it wasn't just straight up learning to drive, I couldn't recommend Lenny enough! Thank you so much to Lenny and staff at Island driving school :)
