STAY FAR AWAY! UNSANITARY! VERY RUDE STAFF ! THEY GAVE AWAY MY FIRST APPOINTMENT THEN ARGUED ABOUT IT! AFTER WAITING WEEKS TO FINALLY GET A CALL BACK BECAUSE NO ONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALLS BACK !

I received a groupon for Christmas. The whole month of January , the whole month I left messages to schedule a message . No one ever called back . Then when I finally got someone in the phone they told me that the groupon expired ! And oh , they would honor it but I would have to pay the cost of the groupon And asked for my credit card info. I asked to speak to the manager. Someone did call me back from an "unknown number" . She told me she was the manager , she refused to give me her name . Then she told me she was the owner ! She would not tell me her name . This place is a scam !!! The better business bureau should know about these people and they should be closed down immediately.! There is something very wrong here !!!!

My husband booked us an apt for Nov 14th. When we went on the day of the appt, there were a male herapist and a female, we wanted two females. So we didn't get to have a our massages on that day, we rescheduled for the following week, but then We' were called several times to cancel because everyone that works there, apparently get sick often. Fine, I just wanted to get a massage....we are now after Christmas!! I called several times and left numerous messages and no one ever called me back, but when I finally went to cancel the transaction on our card, they would not allow it because (as they forgot to mention while booking) that there are no refunds. So finally, we got to go on 12/29/15, a month a half later from the date. It was the last appt, the girl who was massaging my husband was coughing all over the place. I advised my massage therapist that I wanted deep tissue massage and all she did was an oil rub down. $200 for a lousy rub down session. I left there feeling disappointed. Never again will I ever book with then or recommend anyone to go there.

I will say place was clean and relaxing and massage was good ,the massage therapist took extra time to talk to my husband about a problem due to pain he had , but i instantly became un relaxed when my $ 99 massage became 160 after a tip to therapist . The girl at the desk charged me $20 in tax saying that even with groupon you had to pay tax .when i looked up tax in nyc on spa services it said 4 1/2 percent . The champagne and chocolate was a few Hershey kisses on a plate with a lindor truffle . I will surelypay the 200 for couples massage at af Bennett next time .just felt it was not worth 160 although it was my choice to tip 20$ each but there was also a sign in the room saying what you should tip

Extremely unprofessional. Found this place on Groupon and attempted to make an appointment through phone and it was never available. After asking for my information on numerous occasions, they scheduled my appointment. Three days before the appointment was due, they asked me to provide my financial and personal information; all this through email. After sending my information several times, they cancelled my appointment saying that it was unfair to hold my appointment because I "refused" to provide my information. After going back and forth with the person that schedules appointments and the owner, the response I got (without letting me talk) was "take your business somewhere else". A very frustrating experience.
