While I’ve found that the classes here are great (strong asana practice), the studio is very narrow and oddly-shaped, so the more popular classes feel very claustrophobic. I’d stick to the weekday or weekend afternoon classes so there is room to lengthen limbs and receive individualized attention. New students can take their first month of classes for $65; otherwise, the drop-in rate is a pricey $24. If you live in the area, this may be a good spot, but the downtown Ishta location is much more spacious and better worth your money.
