I graduated in 2009.
6th grade: Was going fine for me. The only class I absoutely hated was my music class with Kirk Ehrenreich. The first day he assign seats. I was legit on the side with a bunch of people who bullied me They all teamed up on me and harassed me. Kirk Ehrenreich is a complete bystander. He knew for a fact I was being bullied by those kids and he did nothing.
7th grade: I don't remember much of this year.
8th grade: I don't remember much of this either. The only thing I remember is going to both my 8th grade trips. The first one was my 3 day trip to Washington DC which I truly regret going. First of all, it's pricey. My mother had no problem paying the fee, but whenever she paid something another fee would come. When you're on the trip, you will be assign numbers that you will have to remember (I will explain why shortly), it's hot, crowded, a lot of walking and sometimes the students and/or teachers will yell at you because you didn't call your number or didn't say it loudly. The numbers are for attendance pretty much. Whenever you're leaving an area they will start this count and you will have to say the number that was assigned to you out loud. I find the idea pretty dumb now that I am older. I find it dumb because someone could easily pretend to be you. The trip is a waste of money. You're better of waiting until you're older and go on a road trip with friends and/or family to Washington DC.
Holiday Hills was so nice! I don't regret going one bit! Everything on the campus is FREE! (except the horseback riding) My best friend and I stayed at the pool area. I will add they have two pools. One pool gets to like 6-8 feet (I think) and the other one is to 11-13 feet. We stayed in that one haha.
Anyways, the overall structure of the school is pretty, bigger than Albert Leonard MS.
Teachers: It varies, but I never really hated a teacher
Security guards: Fine. Never had an issue with any security guards before.
