I brought in white dress pants and a white shirt for a client. Coffee stains and an exploded pen, I basically thought they were done. These guys handed me back bright white clothes without a hint of staining, I was stunned. Very happy with their service. Very friendly, quick service.

Worst experience with a dry cleaner. Never ever ever take your clothes to Irving Cleaners on 19th and Irving...they ruin your clothes and then ridicule you and try and blame their mistake on you. The woman who claims to be the owner is rude and nasty and has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you care about your clothes, do not use these cleaners. They will very often damage them, and be extremely rude if you complain. They do not deserve your business. Keep out.
