Been to a bunch of crossfita. Iron reign Crossfit in lodi new Jersey to me was my favroite. They really make sure youu stay on top of your training. If I don't show up they reach out to assure I stay on my program.
They give you body scans consultations and so much more. Def recommend this gym to anyone in the area

One of the biggest and cleanest CrossFit facilities in all of Bergen County. This gym is close to Garfield new jersey crossfit, wallington new jersey crossfit, saddlebrook new jersey crossfit, rutherford new jersey crossfit, east rutherford new jersey crossfit, paramus new jersey crossfit
