only ordered since dermatologist recommended and was significantly cheaper. i tried to put in the prescription back in january but were so unorganized that i almost went to pay the $210 from the local pharmacy. i finally tried again the 8th of feburary and only then did i finally get off hold after 30 minutes. i got the order placed and came within a few days. overall very unpleased with the service

It's been 2 weeks and still haven't received my prescription. I have called 4 times and each time I am given another excuse. I was PROMISED that my Rx would arrive Friday (Today). It's not here. Just got off the phone with Irmat, yet again, and now I was told that there was a "glitch" in the software and my Rx won't arrive until Monday. Wonderful. Good thing its just acne medication and not blood pressure pills or something like that.

terrible! my husband is waiting for his rx for a week. Every day they say it is going out that day overnight. STILL waiting. No one there can even say WHY there is a hold up. No one knows anything therre. Gross negligence in patient care!

I do not understand how a company this disorganized is allowed to handle controlled substances. Apparently no one is in charge. Regardless of the number you press, you cannot speak to actual human beings. Hanging up on customers seems to be the preferred method for dealing with disputes. Despite multiple follow up calls, meds were still sent to the wrong address. Called the prescribing doctor and shared my impression of her pharmacy "recommendation." Her office called me back in less than 30 minutes to apologize again and to notify me they had sent script to different pharmacy.

It's been 4 weeks since I first called in my prescription with Irmat.
Week one - called in the refill, didn't hear back after 3 days, called Irmat for status and was told that they would look into it and call me back.
Week two - called Irmat for an update on the status of my prescription and was told that for some reason it wasn't processed but they would process it for me this time.
Week two - mid-week, didn't hear back from Irmat, called again for a status and was told that their billing department would call me shortly for my credit card info.
Week three - called Irmat again for a status and was told that again, the refill order wasn't processed for some reason but they will put it through for sure this time and someone will definitely call me back with an update.
Week three - mid-week, didn't hear back from anyone. Called Irmat AGAIN and was told that this time for real, they are putting my prescription through.
Week four - Karen and Matthew at Irmat were very helpful and actually called me back with updates as promised but I still do not have my prescription in hand.
Good thing the medication isn't going to cause serious health issues if I didn't take it in time. Will never use this company again - while this is the first time I've encountered such a lengthy delay in filling my RX it certainly isn't the first time Irmat has delayed my RX. I only use them because my Doc recommended then but I'd rather take my business to my local Duane Reade. Don't use this company if you are relying on timely delivery.
