Every single person that I encountered within my visit here was simply amazing. Dr. Roberts is very knowledgeable and takes the time out to explain the exam results and digital eye mapping so that the patient is aware of the condition of his/her eyes and eyesight. The associates within the store are so helpful and accommodating. The one young lady that I worked with consistently checked up on me while picking out my glasses but let me have the freedom to shop alone and never pressured me. She explained all of the costs and stipulations associates with my insurance and explained each and ever part of my bill. I found beautiful new glasses in their huge selection. Within two hours my glasses were ready to be picked up, and I was content as ever walking out of the store. I will surely be back in he future!
