Terrible technical capabilities.

I went there Sunday evening and asked them to pls look into my laptop who is having some problems with power input. They diagnosed that the DC input jack of my laptop is broken. They didn't had the power jack in their inventory and told me that they have to order it online and cost me 30$ diagnostics.

Now, I called them over the phone that if possible, can they order it for an overnight shipment so that we can have the component shipped quickly as it can. They said they gonna charge me 70$ additional to replace the DC jack and I have to leave my laptop at their premises so that they can disassemble the laptop and they have to SEE what are the PART NUMBER WRITTEN on the DC jack. At this point it sounds to me that something is NOT correct. Although doing the entire exercise, I requested them pls check my power adapter before they do anything. I am pretty sure they hadn't checked it or if they would had didn't told me.

The next morning I said I should give other guys a shot to see if that's actually the problem is. The other technician in the vicinity first checked my power adapter and here it goes. The problem was with the power adapter rather than the DC jack. It was a good 2 days pain to have it so be careful with them.

And answering to your reply:

Since I can't repost it. Your diagnostics was it was a DC jack problem ? Really, when was the last time you had your heart checked when you were having gut problems :(.
Today, the problem was rectified by replacing my power adapter duh. I requested them to check it first before heading to check DC jack check.

It's so insane that I am trying to say that you MIS-DIAGNOSED the problem and instead of admitting your part you are adamant that you did your job right. Absolutely right. You did your job 100% right to rip me off my money. Thanks in advance. Not lurking at this post any more :)

Had my Note 5 fixed quickly and it works great! I'm bringing them my PS4 to get the HDMI port fixed next. Great prices and friendly staff too.

Terrible experience. I bought a "new" PS4 from them and when I first powered it on it did not work. Then sent it back and after months of ignoring my emails and being rude on the phone they replaced it and gave me a "new" one, which was obviously used. They really ripped me off, be very careful with them.
Customer service is terrible, it seems like the whole company is run by one guy who is extremely disrespectful.

Great experience!! Excellent attitude towards the customer, and great pricing. My son's phone is brand new again. I would recommend anyone to come here!!
