They are extremely lazy and disrespect people. The staff asked me the name of car when I called first time. After I mentioned it, the guy rudely said "what?" and hang up the phone. I called again. Of course no apologize. and asked me what car I needed. I feel he was kidding me or foolishing around. I mentioned name of car and time over and over. I even spelled the name of car over 10 times but the guy kept asking me what the name of car. THIS IS EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS.

I've never picked up a zipcar from this garage without encountering some kind of problem. they've taken 20 minutes to find the car, were unble to find a car at all, and have given me a car with a flat tire. and the workers' commitment to good service ranges from indifferent to hostile.

Totally disrespect people's properties. Not to mention they scratched my car and denied responsibility, they also damaged 2 set of my car keys by throwing the car key around. The worst thing was they left nasty footprints everywhere inside the car while trying to squeeze themselves from the passenger seat to the driver seat and vice versa, and damaged the center console in the process. Again, they denied all these responsibilities. Don't even worth that one 1 start.
