My time with this business was very pleasant. The staff was very nice and we were charged exactly what the sign said outside. They even recognized us 4 hours later when we returned and drove the car up as we walked up to the waiting area! I would definitely use them again.

They were Super nice and didn't over charge us! Also they knew how to operate the weird key on my sisters Volvo which was nice too.

I'm a soon to be ex monthly garager at Imperial's 34 N 7th St. Williamsburg, BK location because they are hands down the most incompetent and shady garage operator in the city. Their front office manager, Michelle Gilkes, never responds to your e-mails or phone messages (does this person ever work?) and the owners are utterly delusional in thinking they walk on water and their customers are always wrong. Under no circumstances would I recommend you signing up for their automated monthly bill pay service. They are the only ones on this planet where they think "payment date" means two banking business days earlier than the payment date chosen by their customers. Yes, they bury this term in the fine print and can't understand why customers would be confused when the customary practice is to initiate an ACH withdrawal on the specified payment date.

Their valet guy drove my car like racing in the small, cramped parking garage and the front bumper hit the pavement pretty hard when leaving the driveway. I saw everything standing nearby. When I tried to reason when the person, he threw the key in the car and ran away. Then I asked others of their employers, but they lied that they didn't know who I was talking about. So I sucked it up, as it's not expensive to fix it in an bodyshop anyway. However, considering their shadiness and that the repair bill is many times as expensive as parking, I don't recommend anyone to park in this garage.

This parking garage lied to me about how much it would cost to park there for 24 hours adn then charged me 3x the amount they quoted me. Would not let me take my car out until I paid the inflated price. Stay away. Complete rip off!
