If I could I would give them a big fat zero as well! They're software does not work as promised. They will tell you that it interfaces with your visual field machine and your OCT and fundus camera and the list goes on.... then as soon as you pay them and they come to your office for the training and you've spent all this money on new computers and tablets and an optical module that was supposed to work with their software as well the trainers show up to your office not on time or one doesn't show up because she is hung over they tell you oh I can't get this to work you need to up grade your visual field machine! You knew what machine we had when we bought your software! You had been given a list of every make and model of everything we own and after you got our check it doesn't work!
Let's touch on all the "bugs" the billing manager seemed to find in your software. And how the system would freeze up and kick us out "oh must be you found a bug!" "Here's a ticket number" really!!! I think she fixed more of your problems then your staff could!
You sure didn't like when we started calling other customers to see if they had the same problems we had been having. Your testimonials are lies too. I've not seen one positive review.
Bottom line don't waste your money! There are some amazing software programs out there and this is definitely not one of them!
