I love this park. It has everything. Views of the "creek" and various outcroppings of water are visible from everywhere. Winding paths that wander up into the labyrinthine woods in the small hills overlooking the Hudson. Shakespeare in the park out on the peninsula. Open fields for kids to play. Numerous baseball and little league fields and one soccer/football field. A dog run. Even public bathrooms!

An incredible place for city dwellers who long for the woods - it even smells right. Beautiful views of the sunset over the river. Plenty of places for quiet contemplation and spiritual connection.

Lots of open spaces, places to seat, trails to walk and awesome playground. Bonus points for having direct access to the river [Spuyten Duyvil Creek, a section of the Harlem River], and to Muscota Marsh and its awesome dock.
