I loved coming. Here no awkward moments because the sales rep was respectful and knew her bras. I love coming here, they have my size and they r reliable bras. Total win

Went here about three years ago specifically because I'd seen it on, "What Not To Wear."

I am used to offensively-high prices for bras since I am an odd size and further need a very particular style of bra.

I was clearly nothing more than an interruption of the heavy, loud, foreign-language socializing going on among "staff" and the at least four nannies, apparently friends of theirs, hanging out and blocking the already-too-tiny aisles. The only reason I didn't just walk out is that I had no bra that fit properly.

$170 and a BIG blow-off later, I still didn't; as with other reviewers, I saw not a hint of a tape measure.

I have developed the irritating habit of giving my business only to concerns that seem to really want it, and I now get all my bras at Town Shoppe!

The main thing I didn’t like was my fitter simply eyeballed me (I never saw a tape measure) and looked at me like I was simple-minded when I told her the bras she was trying to squeeze me into didn’t fit. I definitely felt pressure to buy something, and purchased a sports bra and a pretty bra. Since I washed and wore the sports bra, I couldn’t exchange it after I went to the gym; frankly it’s so tight and uncomfortable that one hour is about the maximum I can stand being in it! I exchanged the other bra at another one of their stores because upon further inspection I decided I didn’t like the fit. Lo and behold…my new fitter put me in a different size, and again I never saw a tape measure! Absolutely not worth it! Had I known about their no refund policy up front, I would never have bothered going! As a consumer I value being able to change my mind and say I want a refund!

I had a good fitting and got to try on a lot of bras which were all fabulous quality (although VERY expensive - averaging around $100/bra). The con was that after the session my sales woman suddenly changed from chipper to annoyed because I was "only getting 2 bras" (mind you, these are two VERY expensive bras). After I got to the counter I found out they were not returnable (something I would have liked to know earlier). Perhaps they are overly relying on commission and that's why she was so pushy? I liked the brands but have also had a lot of luck at town shop bra store without all the pressure. I'll probably just go back there next time.

I actually loved the service and the bras i got here. However the customer service after the sale was horrible. First I was double charged and had to call 7 times to even get a call back. Thank goodness for AMEX. Then I had a bra altered and I gave a specific shipping address and they sent it to my home address. Which was different then the one located on the slip. I happened to not be traveling that week from work, FYI the last 2 times I have been at the airport when going thru the metal detectors i wrang (2 different bras) so now I dont know what to do. Dont want to go back to ill fitting bras to travel in. Or do I wear a sports bra?
