I wish I had known that this is the exact business which was moved here from 20th street. The people are the absolutely worst to deal with. I have never met someone so dishonest and angry in my entire life. Anyone I asked about these people, would WARN me and TELL me to be carefull with them.
I brought my truck in, and middle representative of their mafia approached me, at first being "nice" he then ordered a young kid to start working on it. I needed to change the oil and filter as well. So that little nice boy drains the oil and comes to his so called "boss", here what he says to me after: "ok, i think your truck needs more oil and it is $325 for regular oil and $425 for synthetic oil change". Are you serious? Right after i was dissatisfied with his offer he started going mad and threathened that he would put my oil back, so I could leave, which i would loved to, but he wanted to charge me for that labor. This was my first diesel oil change ever, and we argued a lot, he yelled at me, cursed at me and so on. It is so hard to recall what he said, because you would not hear so many bad things in your entire life. However, the reason Im writing this review is that, I promised him to ruin his fake positive online reputation if I feel that the price he gave me was deceiptful. Any other non reviewed shops that I visited, would warmly greet me and even would check the truck to make sure it is safe. The price for just an oil change does not exceed $200, and that is for a highest quality type of oil.
I cant continue writing this review anymore. It makes me feel sooo bad. Just save your time and look elsewhere. I wish i could give them my business, but im a man who keeps his word. And you will hear from me again and again. You may want to rethink your attitute towards your customers or visit a doctor to share your troubles with him.
