Abusive behavior.

First, this company picked up our shipment late.
Second, lied about the price originally said.
third, waited for us to be out of the country to charge extra charges.

We were helpless at this point in another side of the world, so we asked to pay with credit card or debit and they said we couldn't!!! they lied to us again,
because after we sent wire, they say we cold have done it.

We wire the money to finally have our boxes shipped but they are holding our shipment and MONEY hostage because some type of storage fee never explained???
They said they will not shipped "even after wiring and paying them all the money" until we paid some kind of storage fee still due.

This is disgusting, nothing else to explain this companies practice and service.

I called International Sea and Air first for an estimate, they estimated over the phone my household. Told them no send someone I'm on a tight budget, so they did send a surveyor walked through the house and estimate household good to fit in a 20 ft container, asked for copy of survey didn't get. Few weeks later called company asked them for a final quote, they did, they send me a quote for a 20 ft container said, how do I know my stuff fits in a 20 ft, they said we surveyed, I said give me a copy of survey they said we don't have it. Let us send another surveyor, this time they sent a lady from allied van with a computer went through house and wrote all info. At end asked her for copy she never provided claiming doesn't have a printer. next day I call international movers they tell me all good and your stuff will fit in 20 ft container said great. they send me a contract for 20 ft container I said please write in email that you surveyed and my stuff will fit in 20 ft container since I did hire them to move the household goods , not sure what that translates to into weight or container.

I remembered later on that day that I still don't have a coy of survey I send them an email about it asking them for it they ignore it.

On day of move around 5 pm they say your stuff wont fit in a 20 ft container, and brought an extra truck and took overflow didn't think much of it. later that evening neighbors call and says local company that picked up your stuff sub to International sea and air citizen transfer and storage left couple chairs on the street. So called international, and citizen no one answers. 10 days later I get a call from international sea and air revising to over 16,000 usd still including all kind of loopholes, told me pay revised quote, pay s 8000 usd to return your stuff or will charge you 200 usd plus per day. I protested, now 3 month later they are holding my furniture, threatening to auction, and split my furniture some of my items on street in az, overflow in storage at citizen (sub), container with another sub total nightmare
