International Plaza Nails

I had an above average manicure here and probably the best 15 minute chair massage I've ever had (and I've had a lot). Bonus that they are open until 10 PM. The establishment is gorgeous. I will be back again soon!

Fake nails are extremely over priced. For 15$ per nail they should at the very least look like real nails, and last more than three days. I started losing nails the next day. That's never happend to me anywhere else.
Don't waste your time

The worth experience at nail salon. Rude staff with attitude. I came in for pedicure and manicure and literally couldn't take it and had to leave after pedicure. Woman were rolling eyes ones i came in and asked to help me with my color. When i set down women who worked there were talking to each other pretty loud, laughing, giggling in their language about customers. I mean I don't know such disappointment for such nice looking place. She did horrible job and I got pretty bad looking pedicure for $37

I have never reviewed before however upon looking up the # to IPlaza and seeing this review I feel compelled to acknowledge how completely off "GeBiSH" is and this should not deter you - I live in the area and absolutely love IPlaza - it is chic, relaxing, the employees are lovely, personable and friendly. Using words like "sucked" clearly indicates that you lack the sophistication and savvy typical of IPlaza customers. I am grateful you won't be coming back and bringing negativity to such a positive and relaxing environment.

Unpleasant staff and unprofessional manager
I walked in for a regular pedicure with callus elimination treatment. The Korean lady staff causally filed the side of my feet using a nail filer (never heard of before) for 2 mins. When I requested to use a professional steel callus remover for pedicure, she got really angry. She told me to go to another place. I was shocked. I was in a rush for a dinner party and there I was with unfinished pedicure. I was about to leave the place to go for a different nail spa around the corner. The manager came over. I explained to her what happened. She said you should pay and come back again. I said I wont pay because this is an unfinished job and on top of that the service really sucked. She grabbed my arm and said that I could not leave. I was speechless. I explained to her that if there is a fly in food served at a restaurant no customer will be asked to pay. The food is to be returned and complains are to be made. She said: you are CRAZY in her Korean English. I left the place tears in my eyes.
