Joseph is a true artist at cutting curly hair--and a warm, sweet guy, too. I found him by luck when I randomly complimented the great curly haircut of a woman who I happened to be standing behind at a cashier line in a store. She raved about him and even gave me one of his business cards which she said she now carried because she got so many compllimentary inquiries about who cut her hair!
