The bread is always delicious, and the aroma of fresh baked bread is one of life's pleasures. The owners always have time to say hello and thank you for your patronage. A visit to my daughter and grandchildren is not complete unless I arrive with a loaf or two of bread from this bakery.

They bake the BEST old world bread. They sell out of the small loaves by the afternoon, and the large loaf is massive, but it's only $3.25. If you get there in the morning the chocolate croissants are still melty.

Wonderful Bakery!!! Going in the morning around 9 or 10 am will guarantee pastries fresh out of the oven. The baker there tends to be kurt and to the point, while his wife is much sweeter. I love hitting this place right before getting on the M train.
