Like every other Government agency, they suck. Tried calling 10 times all I get is "We can't take your call at this time, call back later"

Really good experience. Had an appointment at 9:15 and I was out of the building at 9:40. The security line could be long if you reach late. Try to make an early morning appointment and reach there 30-45 mins before the appointment.

Mr. Mazewski was super helpful. It was very easy to make an appointment. I had a 10am appointment and was out of there with my transcripts in 7 minutes. He even helped me with a quick address change.

I've spent over several hours in line outside just to be told they stopped serving customers without an appointment. Why wouldn't you post a note online and outside of the building or let the security inform people in the line. The worst government agency
