Waiting wasn't long at all. Everything was very organized and orderly like it should. No problem at all. Staff was excellent in provide service. Thank you.

They shut down services based on how they feel that day! After that you are only allowed to make payments until 4:30! The security offer kept speaking as if he was in the military. Horrible experience! Already filed a complaint!

They are very inconsiderate. I went four times just to get my IRS transcript. They need to have separate lines for people who need transcripts only. It doesn't take long to print out transcripts. It is very frustrating waiting in line at 11 am through 3:30 pm to be told that they won't give you transcripts. I don't understand why the system is down online. If they can't handle to many people waiting in line and their going to close at four thirty then they might as well not serve anyone. They need to hire a bigger staff and manage things properly. Very disappointing. Don't ever go here. As a student and a part time worker I don't have the time to always go in for a simple transcript.
