Normally I do not give out reviews since i could care less. However, with my experience at this place boy was it a let down. I have to agree with the other reviews that if possible i would not even give an star.I was in an accident a month ago and so my car was brought to Intercounty. I looked up the reviews after my car was dropped off and at first I did not take the negative reviews into consideration since it was a few years ago. I stopped by to pick something from my car and I was told by the owner that it would take 2 weeks for my car to be repaired. However, every time the deadline came and i either called or visited the place. The owner would tell me that the parts for my car will arrive that day and my car will be repaired by the end of the week. I have been told the same excuse every single time i stopped by. He told me that the parts are taking longer to arrive because my car is a new model and it is coming from Germany. Even if that was the case why would you tell your customer that the parts are arriving a certain date or when the car will be repaired if you do not have the accurate information or if you do not know when the parts are arriving what is the point in lying to your customers. So last week I was told that the final part would arrive on Monday and surely enough it did not. On Tuesday i went to the repair shop and was told that it would arrive on Tuesday..called on wednesday morning again the part did not arrive but i was told it was arriving on that day and it would not affect the deadline also was told that he would have 2 guys work on it(which was told it would be Friday) Today being Friday, i called them and now he tells me that it will not be finished until late Monday or Early Tuesday and that he would have guys working on it on Sunday when they are not open (hard to believe) he also told me he would give me a 25% discount toward my deductible but honestly ive had enough of all these excuses if anyone cares do not take your car to this place you will always get some excuse or answer from the owner.
