My son Kristian Sorbera was convicted to a charge of manslauter 1 in queens N.Y. that he did not commit. He deserves a fair jury, judge(without pressure to get a fair trail. The attorney was incompittant in his defense.The judge was ruthless with his sentencing,theD.A. was an actress that has a lot of pull in the court and the jury was incompetent.
