I originally hurt my back at work in 2010. I have been coming here for 4 years now on a regular basis. I have herniated discs and undergo treatment on a DRX-9000 spinal decompression machine. Dr. Pogorelec has me on a routine of coming every three to four weeks for a 20 minute treatment on that machine; followed by about 15 minutes of electric stim on the lower back. The staff is very friendly and essentially become part of your life in your quest to recovery. This is a family run office; Kathy handles all the billing which virtually eliminates paperwork on your behalf. Dr. Pogorelec and his wife Dr. Jinks are very knowledgeable on subjects such as sports injuries, work injuries, car accidents, nutrition, and blood work. They send me for blood tests every three months.They monitor changes in my blood work and tell me about different foods or vitamins that can help without having to go on prescriptions. Currently, I am on a multivitamin and fish oil pills. It is important to note that about 30 of my coworkers come here in addition to my sister and grandmother. This place is very neat and orderly like a well oiled machine. The staff here at the Integrative Wellness Center truly care about your health. Have a question about something?
